Bom in 1967 in Ankara, Turkey.

Graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 1989.

Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye in December 1990.

Worked at the Departments of Culture, Central Asia, Human Rights, Balkans and Human Resources within the Ministry.

Served at the Turkish Embassies in Abu Dhabi/United Arab Emirates, Sofıa/Bulgaria, attended the NATO Defense College Senior Course in Rome and worked at the Permanent Mission of Türkiye to the United Nations in New York. Served as Consul General in Los Angeles between 2007-2011.

Worked as Deputy Director General for Relations with Iraq at the Ministry between December 2011-October 2014.

Served as Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Islamic Republic of Iran between 15 October 2014 and 1 January 2019.

Worked as Director General for South Asia, Iran and Iraq at the Ministry between 15 January 2019 and 11 July 2022.

Assumed the post of Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Kingdom of Denmark on 26 July 2022.

Married with a son.
